I don't like snakes so that would have freeked me out.
Lookie what was just at my front door about 1/2hr ago. Im still at Uni, and my Uni is built in/around heaps of bush so its not uncommon, we had snakes last year too. This one was a little too close for comfort (ha ha) though because it was like less than metre away from the front door and i dont like the possibilty of that little bugger slithering in to my dorm!! He's just a little skinny bugger though, and not dangerous apparently. Anyway here's some piccies. (sorry if these are a little big)

I called campus security to come and put him back in the bush, and the guys didnt even use their snake catching stuff... he just picked it up in his hand, and put it off in the bush. He told me I could pat it if I wanted [img]eek.gif[/img] I maybe would have, had it not been a wild snake and a fairly unexperienced person holding said snake! LOL

Aww sorry Barb, I was thinking of putting them inside that spoiler box thing so people could open it without being scared!
Janie I was kind of at a loss as to what to do about it too. At first I thought it was fake and someone was just trying to scare me.... then it moved LOL So ofcourse I called everyone and took piccies (as you do hehe)... then we decided we better do something about it, coz everyone was stranded at the bottom of the stairs and I was stranded at the top...I couldnt get out of my place coz I didnt fancy jumping over the bugger to get down the stairs!

Good thing those guys came and put him back in the bush Jen! At least he couldn't have been a poisonous one - do you know what type it was btw?
